I'm off to France in about 2 weeks and i'm looking for a bit of infomation from anyone who has toured the french wine regions. I'm definatly planning on spending some time around Bordeaux and Champagne but apart from that I plan on just seeing what takes my fancy when I get there. So the question is...

The '95 is definatly drinking really well right now.

I had one a couple of months ago with scallops and prawns, made a very simple sauce for them with a glass of the wine a little butter and a few fresh herbs. Great way to spend an afternoon!
