I was after a little advice - I received a bottle of Hennessy XO for my birthday recently - should this be stored as for a cork stoppered wine? ie laying flat, or is it OK to stand up (I have a cellar temp/humidity controlled with a Fondis cooler)....

I assume nobody at home can give you a couple of litres of intravenous saline?? Works brilliantly.....

Good advice - see another GP, or a dermatologist. Don't let anyone give you steroid cream.... Rozex gel/cream works well, as do a few of the antibiotics around for exacerbations. I am even baffled more. I tried a left over steroid (elocon) redness lessened from day one and itchiness is gone !?!?!? ...

I never take up any offers on cold calls, on general principle. If people didn't, we wouldn't get hassled with calls all the time!

I've always chilled reds (an hour or so in the fridge) before serving in Australia - really a necessity in most parts of the country most of the year I think. Even better just grab from the cooled cellar/fridge! Never been served a warm red at a cellar door though..... plenty of warm reds at restaur...
